The dual strategy seems to be the name of the game, collaborations from both extremes are very common now… which is the reason we are not surprised about seeing Deadmau5 dabbling in the distant waters of hiphop. Thinking outside the box, the result is a rather catchy piece all together, the tune is worth mentioning… *Deadbeat Digital stamp of approval*

”Look at all the Pretty Lights” -Entire crowds all around the world. There is much more to this act than just the stage. Known to sample from soul, funk and grime mixing in new school synth and glitchy percussion Pretty Lights embraces his hip hop heritage while giving us something new. Repent no longer – have no fear…we’ve got your soul right here. Play.Audio clip: Adobe Flash Player (version 9 or above) is required to play this audio clip. Download the latest version here. I don’t want to say I get sick of super banger mental brostep music…but Culprate – Finger definitely cleansed my palette. True hip-hop – 100 BPM glitch-hop – that one bad trip you’ll never forget – aliens invading – the result of the Feed Me parasite – so out of tune its in tune. The rest of the EP is pretty cool too, check it out on the SoundCloud Player below.
